Make the CFO/COO faster across investment and operations.
Reports to: CFO/COO
Act as the senior execution partner to the CFO/COO across investment analysis, underwriting, financing, operations and executive priorities. Combine the analytical responsibilities of the Investment Analyst with the execution and coordination responsibilities of Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee deal underwriting and financial analysis.
- Build and stress-test investment and deal models.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities and investment returns.
- Analyze debt, assumable loans, non-recourse, JV, LP/GP and private-equity structures.
- Model financing alternatives and determine structures that maximize returns.
- Monitor financial and operational performance.

Reports to: CIO
Build and manage Teraskye’s investor base alongside the CIO. Develop relationships across individual, family-office and institutional capital while maintaining a qualified investor pipeline aligned with acquisition needs.
Key responsibilities
- Source and develop individual investor relationships.
- Develop family-office relationships.
- Develop institutional capital relationships.
- Run disciplined investor outreach, including cold outreach.
- Execute strategic and timely follow-up.
- Maintain and grow the investor base.
- Serve as the first point of contact for investors.
- Keep investor relationships active and warm.
- Map funding strategies and capital sources.
